Information:
Complete this form and mail it to the Carmichael Bible Church with your $50 registration fee. Make checks out to Carmichael Bible Church. We will NOT be able to except late registrations in order to keep the event organized.

This is an outdoor event and all set up should be planned accordingly. Tents are welcome as long as they fit inside your booth area. Event will go on Rain or Shine. This registration form is a commitment to the event. NO REFUNDS will be given.

Exhibitors are responsible for their tables, chairs, booths, displays, tents and any other material needed for their space as well as set up of their equipment. We will provide a limited amount of power if reserved in advance. Sorry, any last minute requests cannot be accommodated. All equipment brought into the event will need to be listed below and approved by the event coordinators. You will be notified if there is a problem.

Exhibitors must be checked in 1 hour prior to the event start time 9am. You will be given 2 hours prior to start (9am) of the event to set up and two hours after the event ends (5pm) to pack up. You must remove your items by 5pm.

Exhibitor’s booth must be open and manned during regular event hours (9am-3pm). Exhibitors may not pack up or remove items prior to the 3pm close of event.

Please note: A limited amount of jewelry vendors will be chosen to participate. If you sell jewelry you must submit pictures with your registration form. You will be notified if you are selected to join us.

All proceeds (event registration) go to benefit our kids helping them go to our 2012 Youth Camp.
